About Kathy
Kathy Sauder
I am a money coach who serves people who feel anxiety and fogginess when it comes to money and guide people to clarity, consciousness and connectedness when it comes to making financial decisions that move them toward their goals and desires.
I grew up in northwest Ohio and my husband Pat and I have called Nashville home since 1993. We have four adult children and one grandchild and are looking forward to the adventures in this next season!
In 2016, I began to be more intentional about getting my questions answered around money. Where is our money going? Are we spending money on the things that we value and that are important to us? Where is this anxiety around money coming from? What do we need to earn to pay for our life? Is it possible to be "good" with money if I don't think in numbers and spreadsheets?. Why can't I sustain keeping a budget? How much is enough? These questions and more led me to the Financial Recovery Institute™.
I began taking courses with Karen McCall, read her book Financial Recovery: Developing a Healthy Relationship to Money, which led me on the path to healing my own relationship with money. This journey eventually led me to guiding and coming along side others in their journey toward a healthier realtionship with money and becoming certified with the Financial Recovery Institute™in 2020.
I have discovered that I love guiding people step by step through a process that requires a lot of courage, trust, and an openness to develop new habits to get different results. I am humbled when clients invite me to journey with them on the path to restoration in relationship with money.
I would be honored to show up, encourage, and guide you toward a new story and relationship to money based on your needs and what you value most!
